Dr. Millman is a 1977 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania program in physical therapy and was certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as an Orthopaedic Specialist in 1995. In 1999 he pursued post graduate training at Hahnemann University and received a postprofessional Certificate in Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation. Dr. Millman was awarded the degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2003. Dr. Millman became a certified STAR Clinician in 2011 after completing a nationally recognized Cancer Rehabilitation training program.

Throughout his career, Dr. Millman has involved himself in advanced clinical education and university based studies. He moved to the Lehigh Valley in 1977 to work at Good Shepherd Rehab Hospital. In 1980, he moved into the private sector working primarily in the areas of orthopedics, sports and industrial rehabilitation. Dr. Millman established Bethlehem Rehabilitation Specialists in 1984.

Dr. Millman has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1977. He is currently a member of The Orthopaedic and Oncology Sections of the APTA. He resides in Center Valley with his wife and
two daughters.
